What is the difference in this and the other red framing fuel?

Great question! Red fuel comes preinstalled with the on-can valve system which is only in use on the older CT model Paslode Cordless tools. The newer tools, CF325, CF325Li, and CF325XP all use the in-can valve system which come preinstalled on the orange fuel cans. In addition to the valve system orange fuel has a different formulation to red fuel that allows it to operate in lower temperatures down to 18° F in all tools and 14° F in the XP. Orange fuel also comes with an adapter in the box allowing it to be used in all tools regardless of model, meaning simply twist off the in can and twist on the on-can valve and even older model cordless users can reap the benefits of using the newer formulation of orange fuel.
