WHat is the difference between long term and short term test kits?

The short term is what most consumers use because they need and answer now. PRO-LAB includes 2 test in each kit which is required when you do testing for a Real Estate transaction. Radon will give you a different reading during the year, the Long term Radon kit are designed to test from 3 months to 12 months. It will give you a average reading I recommend at least 6 months to give you a proper reading if you use the long term. The short term will be close to the reading with the short term Best testing is between November to May which the Radon is the highest.
