Leak test maximum pressure .


Generally speaking you pressure test at 150% of design/working pressure. Don't have a specific reference other than working and doing hydro testing for 20+ years. I'm sure there is someone who can spout chapter and verse on the subject but the bottom line is - a satisfactory test (no leaks) at 150% is a worry free install.
