yes, this line can be cut to whatever length you need. Just get the proper tube cutter and its easy.

Just follow directions closely an do leak checks after assembly with soapy solution or bottle included with kit. I did find that my pipe cutter didn't do a good job cutting flex tube.. I did a clean cut with my Dremel tool with cutoff wheel 1 section back. You need a good clean cut to mate to the gasket in fitting. You don't want to use this piping for appliance hookup, way too stif, intended for supply line only.
