can this be buried?


This is not rated for direct burial, you would need to use Gas-Tec or Trac-Pipe brand gas line for direct burial, and you cannot use black pipe for direct burial, against code.

Well, technically speaking, anything can be buried if you have a big enough shovel! Seriously though, This product is not meant to be buried and even though the metal tube is stainless, it would not provide much protection from crushing or cutting/puncturing from an errant shovel or pick. Use black pipe or other more protective means.

I would say no, you need iron pipe to bury a gas line.
