BRAND NEW MY CUSTOM SETTING DOESN'T WORK. Is there a trick to make it to work not shown in the literature?


Thank you for purchasing the PRIME EZ-Set plug-in timer. For the quickest and easiest setup of any of PRIME’s EZ-Set timers, program the current time, custom on time, and custom off time then make sure the timer is plugged in to a wall outlet. Once the timer is plugged in give the preset buttons of your choice and the custom on and custom off buttons a quick press to activate them. You will know the programs you have chosen are active because the buttons will light up blue. If the button of the program you want to activate is not blue, give it another quick press. Only the buttons on the EZ-Set timer will illuminate when programs are selected. The LCD screen does not illuminate.
