Hello, When Over 'N Out Advanced is applied according to the label there would not be a threat to people, pets or wildlife. Over 'N Out Advanced must be watered in after application. We recommend that you keep people and pets out of the treated area until it is dry. Once the area is dry you can allow people and pets to reenter the treated area. Thank you
