I bought this rug. It seems lumpy, like the pile is higher in some places more than others. Is this a defect or does it just need to flatten?


This is a very thick rug. It should go down after laying out for a few days. If necessary lay a heavy object on it for a while. If it persists please contact our customer service department at 800.845.9729.
