why does the time of day readout keep coming up with the word "LO". New Energizer batteries & new timer. This is the 2nd timer that has done this.

The timer displays “lo” if the voltage received from the batteries is less than 3.3 Volts. New batteries should reset this code if the output voltage is above or equal to 4.1 V (New batteries should output 1.5V each, for a total of 4.5 V.) Check if all three of the batteries have an output of 1.5 V using a multi-meter. If one of the three batteries are low, there may not be sufficient voltage to reset that "LO" low battery signal. If the problem persists, please contact our Support team at 1-800-488-6156 and we'd be more than happy to send you a replacement timer as quickly as possible.
