I bought this product and there was not voltage on the terminals. How can we test the voltage to the zones?

USe a volt meter. Place one multimeter lead on the terminal for the zone that is active and the other on the common terminal. You should get 24 volts AC

There should be a voltage potential between the Zone terminal and the Common terminal. It should be about 24 volts AC, plus or minus a few volts. If you are using a volt-meter, be sure it is set to the AC Voltage setting, and put your probes between the common and the zone in question. The first two terminals should be 24 volts out all the time, and the Pump terminal should turn on just before any of the zones, and remain on when any zone is running. Should you have further questions, though, we'd be happy to help in any way we can. You can reach our Support team at 1-800-488-6156. Thanks!
