One of the two stations on my unit keeps running non-stop. How to program this unit? I followed instructions as written but can's stop the water?


Alas, this is a common failure mode of this piece of junk. Take it back to Lowe's and try a different product.

If the unit will not turn off even when you select "OFF" the electric valve is probably stuck or moisture has caused it to receive power all the time. First try drying it out, pull the battery compartment out and wrap it in a paper towel and put it in rice for a few days. This will pull all of the moisture out of the unit. Hook it back up and try it again. If it still won't close call ORBIT tech support. This unit has a 6 year warranty and they will most likely send you a new one.
