It is very possible The OSI QUAD MAX may work depending on the nature and location of the crack. Keep in mind the QUAD MAX is not designed to be in water submersion. You might consider an epoxy such as the Loctite metal/Concrete epoxy or the Loctite Epoxy Marine as possible alternatives
