Can the solvent caulk be used if rain is expected in the same day?

OSI QUAD Window, Door & Siding Sealant can withstand light rain almost immediately, under normal exterior applications, assuming the surfaces were clean and dry prior to application. However, it is recommended to allow skin formation of the sealant to occur over a few hours.
