Can you use an oil stain on this caulk


Oil base stains do not do well directly on the OSI QUAD Clear Sealant. The sealant is paintable after it is fully cured but a latex paint is recommended. Depending on the type of oil stain being used you could try a latex primer first then try the stain. Test first before attempting the project.
