What do I do if the wand stops working?

I would return it to the store and exchange it.

I had no luck making mine work after the battery dies. You could save the remainder of the liquid and use it in a new one. Or buy a spray bottle.

The wand will need to be replaced by a Lowe's associate.

We are sorry that you have had difficulty with the Comfort Wand spraying. Generally, this is a very reliable sprayer. Here are some troubleshooting suggestions: * Be sure that the end of the hose is firmly attached to the spout on the cap. Push on it until a distinct “click” is heard. The “click” indicates that the hose is attached correctly. * Check to be sure that the spout is flipped up on the cap. * Make sure that the Comfort Wand is open and locked into position. * Check that the nozzle at the end of the Comfort Wand is turned to an open position. There are 3 open positions and 1 closed position. * There is a lock on the trigger. Make sure that the trigger lock is not in the locked position. * Occasionally, some crystallization can clog the sprayer. After disconnecting the red plug from red flip-down spout, run warm water into the spray end of nozzle. This may dislodge any crystallized matter. The sprayer tip can be readily pulled off and snapped back on after cleaning * If the sprayer motor is running and all of the above troubleshooting has been complete, the sprayer may need to be re-primed. To re-prime place the container above the wand (either holding it above or setting it on something) and spray for 30 seconds in an area where the product can safely be dispensed. If none of the troubleshooting tips resolve the problem for you, please contact us and we will be happy to send you a replacement sprayer.
