You should apply the Ortho Home Defense MAX Insect Killer For Indoor & Perimeter 1 when rain is not expected for 24 hours (do not water area for 24 hours). Once dried, this product is hard to dislodge and rain will not readily wash it off. Sun and rain wil break product down over time.
