I only have "furry" babies....2 dogs and 1 cat. However, the label says that as long as you do not let the pets walk through the wet spray, it is safe. I sprayed around the edge of the room with the dog feeding stations, and there has been NO problem. I've been using the product for at least 3 years. I would not spray anything the baby actually uses, like the high chair, but I think the prioduct is very safe and effective
