So, once this is dry outside...if it rains, does it reactivate it?

Apply the Ortho Home Defense MAX Insect Killer For Indoor & Perimeter 1 when rain is not expected for 24 hours. Once dried, this product is hard to dislodge and rain will not readily wash it off. Sun and rain will break product down over time.
