Is it pet friendly?

When applying Ortho BugClear Insect Killer for Lawns & Landscapes Ready-to-Spray, pets such as cats and dogs should stay out of treated areas until it is thoroughly dry. If you are unsure if the product is dry, we recommend waiting 24 hours. This is to minimize exposure to the product. Once the area has dried, rain or water will not dislodge the product or cause it to reactivate. Although pets may eat a small amount of grass, they will not be able to get enough of the product to cause a health hazard.
