How does the beverage chilling drawer work? Does it have to be plugged in?

The Bar cabinet top drawer opens on soft-close drawer slides, to reveal an ice tray for refreshing guests’ drinks, four garnish trays for constructing cocktails, and stainless steel dividers to easily organize drink accessories and corkscrews. Inside the cabinet are slide-out bins for waste and recycling, an adjustable wine rack, and a pull-out beverage chilling drawer which can be easily removed for restocking with ice and drinks.
