How do the handles work? I’ve never seen two like this.


Hello Crystal and thank you for your interest in Moen products. The Moen Matte Black Lever Shower Handle was designed for installation onto a Moentrol with built-in transfer valve, models 3320/3330. The top handle on the Moen Matte Black Lever Shower Handle is the diverter handle-used to select where the water will come out. The bottom handle on the Moen Matte Black Lever Shower Handle pulls out/pushes in to turn on/off the water, how far out the handle is pulled determines the volume/flow rate and the handle rotates to adjust temperature.
