Can this be used over a coat of Minwax wipe on oil based polyurethane that didn't cure properly? It's still sticky after 3 days.


Hello. If the current finish isn't fully dry/cured, nothing you apply over it will dry or cure. The existing Poycrylic coat will need to be fully dried and cured.
