can I apply this on top a previous clear coat?


Thank you for your question. If the previous coat is a polyurethane then yes the Polycrylic can be used on top. We would recommend to sand with 220 grit sandpaper before applying for adhesion, please do a test area first to ensure satisfactory results. Sincerely, L.T., Customer Support Specialist
