Can you apply this over cabinets that have a coating of polyurethane on them? Does this wax create a build up?


Hello. Our Paste Finishing Wax can be applied over our polyurethane finishes. Over other company's finishes, it would have to be tested on your own for compatibility. However, if you want to reapply polyurethane in the future, our product would have to be completely removed. Finally, our product will build up slightly. It is a maintenance product and would have to be reapplied often. Regards, Minwax Customer Support
