Can this used as barriers with my neighbor so that his downspout waster does not come to my backyard? Also does it come in 8” height? Or any other size?


Alam, this product is designed to be used as wall or ceiling planking, not to divert water or other weight bearing installation. Lowe's offers several different options to divert water in Outside Lawn and Garden and Building Material departments.
