Can this product be pneumatically nailed and liquid nailed to joists 24” oc for an outside porch ceiling? Or does it need a plywood base?


Hello Scotty, thank you for your question! This planking needs to have a solid substrate to be installed on top of. PVC itself is not structural and needs to be attached to something solid, so this would not be recommended to be installed to joists.
