Could this material be used inside of a shower?


I would not recommend it. The joints between the planks would accumulate soap film, chemicals in the water and mold & mildew. One could not clean this off because it would settle in the joints. Not a good idea. Jack

It could. But I think it'd be a bad idea. The problem is not necessarily whether there would be water damage since the material is PVC. Rather, I think the problem would be mold and/or mildew that might collect in and around the beading. Unless you have something that would completely dry the shower area after use, all I can see is trying to scrub the beads to get the soap out of them. Too much work for me.

This product is moisture-proof, so it could be used in a shower.
