I received the post but the mailbox shelf and planter did not come. Do they ship separately and can you help me with this

Yes, all of our mail posts ship in 2 separate boxes and it is not uncommon for these to get separated in the transit process. As a quick tip, if you search the tracking number on the box you initially received, the tracking numbers for both boxes are linked and you should be able to view the status/location of -the 2nd box.
