When I try to change the eco modes it won't go to eco 1, it stays on eco 2


Hello! Thank you for your inquiry! As previously mentioned, the stove does need to be shut down and sitting on an idle function like "Welcome to Use" before trying to switch the ECO modes. If you try to switch during operation, the stove will not accept this input.

I did a complete shutdown of the stove. Unplugged it for about a minute. Plugged back in and went into settings and mine changed from Eco2 to Eco1.

I had the same issue. I downloaded the app onto my phone and from there, I could change the setting to ECO1
