The box it arrived in says it's approved and slso the manual you print off online.

The EPA-Certified Wood Stove Database (Room Heaters), shows Overall Efficiency-HHV of 70% for this Enerco Group,Inc WS110. MUST BE 75% FOR TAX CREDIT.

The stove does not qualify for the tax credit. It has an HHV of 70% which is well below the required 75% threshold. Lowes needs to correct this asap.

The manual says it's EPA certified to 2020 emissions standards using cord wood.
