how are the basement window covers (16.5 x 36.5) attached?


I used all-weather duct tape, because I try not to make holes in my house until I'm sure I want something permanent. I don't remember whether it has pre-drilled holes in the corners, but the plastic, while rigid, is flexible enough to drill through without cracking it.
