Would this light be considered ( LIGHT POLLUTION) where i need to place it facing a hill it will also shine on a little of the neighbors property?


You can swivel the light to make sure it is pointed in the desired direction. It should not cause a significant issue with a neighbor. Also you have the ability to keep it on full or half brightness. Skip
