No, it is not recommended to use the Mapei Self Leveler Plus over an epoxy coating.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding Mapei products! No, you cannot use the Mapei Self Leveler Plus over an epoxy coating on your floors. You can make certain that the floor is clean and sound and dry and then use the Mapei ECO PRIM GRIP as your primer. Roll on 2 coats, one coat north and south, let dry. The second coat will roll on east and west, let dry. Tile over the dry ECO PRIM GRIP using a good quality polymer modified thin set. Depending on the size of the tiles you plan to install, you would use the Mapei Large Format Floor Tile Mortar.
