Thank you for your inquiry regarding MAPEI products! None of the Mapei Self Levelers can be considered to be used as a final finished or walkable surface. the very minimum coating that can be used on a Mapei Self Leveler is a 3/8" poured epoxy coating. Hope this helps! Product Advisor # 11
