What are the green and red lights for

Green LED flood lights are used for similar purposes as Red light - to protect the human eye's night vision. Red light minimizes eye strain at night or in the dark and reduces the time your eye takes to adjust to the dark surroundings. Green does the same thing but tends to offer more contrast in dark environments. Green is also used for blood tracking, trail running, and other uses where the higher contrast is desired over Red light.
