Will these work with the TP Link dimmer switches? Specifically will the switch be flush with this wall plate.

JDme, Thank you for your interest in Lutron devices! I’m not very familiar with TP-Link dimmers, so I wouldn’t be able to guarantee an exact fit. However, Lutron screwless wall plates use a standard Decora-style rectangular opening, which is designed to fit most devices of that style. For reference, most TP-Link (Kasa) dimmers are slightly larger than a traditional switch body, which can sometimes affect how they sit with third-party plates. Because of that, while the device will typically fit the opening, I can’t guarantee it will sit perfectly flush with the wall plate. In some cases, there may be a slight recess or gap depending on the switch design.
