Using this switch & SUNCO lights, I notice that at when completely dark, lights dont go off completely, but flicker like stars. Any1 aware abt this

Refer back to your instruction sheet for "Dimming Range Adjustment." It will give you the procedure to setup the minimum brightness level. I don't know anything about the lights you mentioned, but they must be at least 40-watts if they're incandescent or halogen. I think this setup procedure is what you need.
