Light suddenly tripped breaker after cycling repeatedly while trying to turn on at dusk. Mine is older Mercury vapor bulb


The amp draw on the OALS1065F120PLPM4 is 1 amp. If the breaker is tripping my recommendation would be to verify that the circuit is not overloaded. If the circuit is not overloaded and the light cycles repeatedly it appears that the unit may have a defective ballast. This unit carries a 1 year warranty. In event of defect or failure, this unit needs to be replaced.
