We installed this switch in the garage. Works great to turn the overhead light on and off. The switch itself is not lighted though. Any ideas to fix?

Legrand should amend their description of this light to "Illuminated pin hole light above the rocker switch."

The Radiant Illuminated switches will only have the white indicator light at the top of the switch lit when it's in the OFF position. The switch itself is not designed to light up when off.
