How many conductors allowed inside this raceway? Can this be used to add 120V circuit with 12GA THHN wiring?


Yes, this type of wiring can be used with this metal raceway. Fill capacity for 12 gauge THHN with an outside diameter of 0.13" is 5 conductors at 40% fill (you can use more than 5 conductors, but the more you use the harder it is to pull through and make turns). The 500 series raceway has a cross-sectional area of 0.19 square inches. Hope this helps!
