How does this switch work in a three way application if one of the travelers is a grounded terminal

Thank you for your inquiry regarding our single pole, three way indoor rocker switch. The ground should never be used as a traveler wire because it is not meant to carry charge. If you ground one of the three way terminals, you will end up with a scenario where the switch won't work properly in the three way application. You must place the ground wire at the ground terminal and the traveler wires must be insulated. If you have any troubles with not having proper wiring in the box, please consult your electrician and they will be able to assist you. Hope this helps!
