I have my fire pit all assembled, full tank of propane and when I try and ignite it nothing happens. Yes, the propane is turned on;

Please note that the unit is equipped with a thermocouple that needs to be warmed up before each use Holding the knob in for 20 seconds after it ignites allows the thermocouple to warm up and disengage the safety mechanism which will shut off the gas flow.
