I have 1250 sq ft of office space. What would this cost me? Will I need a pad also?

We do not have access to any pricing, so the answer to that question will need to be answered through your local Lowe's store. A pad is not required for this product but a 7/16 pad can be used if you want a padded feel to the floor.
