Can epoxy primer be sprayed over it ?


Thank you for the question. Using an epoxy primer over Loctite Extend Rust Neutralizer will depend upon the composition of the primer. If the epoxy primer is a latex based, then the answer is no. However, if the epoxy primer is a solvent/oil base type then this would be suitable providing it is known to be resistant to the expected environment.
