Do we need to purchase a 220 power cord for the dryer


The LG WKEX200HBA washer and dryer combination does not require a 220 power cord. The dryer requires a 240V outlet, while the washer requires a 120V, 60Hz grounded outlet. The washer comes with a power cord attached, but the dryer does not. The power cord for the dryer has to be purchased separately. Therefore, you may need to purchase a 240V power cord for the dryer separately, but it is not a 220 power cord.
