Can the Gas dryer be side vented? If so what side can the vent be placed?


My gas model has knockouts on the left and right sides, but states “right-side venting not available on gas models”. I assume that means gas models can only vent to the left and rear and electric can vent left right or rear.

Yes it can be vented to the right. Right-side venting is not available on gas models. The side venting kit is part 3911EZ9131X, https://lgparts.com/item/6690199/LG/383EEL9001B/. ^Daphane
