Depending on the specific manufacturing run of your model, the chime and button sounds can typically be turned off by pressing and holding the Half Load button for three seconds. If that does not apply to your control panel, please try pressing and holding the Dual Zone and Energy Saver buttons simultaneously for three seconds.
