Does this have a deadbolt that I can use from the inside? Also, will it work on a screen tight screen door? Thank you!

Thank you for reaching out. The Quickfit handle set does include a turn knob on the inside to lock the door. The Quickfit handles fit on the Tradewinds and Signature doors.
