Can I use this product to replace the same type handle without the key entry feature? It says not used as replacement..place clarify.

It depends on what door model you have if you can use it as a replacement. If you could provide your registration number, which is found on the hinge z-bar, I would be able to determine if the handle set works with the door model you have or not.
