We installed our door with this handle and it opens by pulling leaver up instead of down. What did we do wrong? Also the logo is used down.


There is a silver lever which allows the spring loaded latch to rotate 180 degrees. Flip the switch and you can install the correct way.

This is the correct way...up! Goofy, I know. Lowe's installed mine. Not sure about logo...
